For multiple items purchase:  1. If you purchase on multiple items, We would be happy to combine shipping. Contact us with the item numbers and your shipping address.  2. Please email (info@lejoliechat.com) us with the info (from step 1) of the item you are interested in, and your location so we can verify we have what you want in stock, and we will send you your specific combined shipping options.

Policies

Worldwide Shipping: Orders will  ship by Registered Airmail. It takes about 1 to 3 weeks depend where you are live. Once your shipment has been posted, you will be received a email through us and a tracking number through Paypal with the payment record . After receiving the with tracking number that you can track your package by clicking www.hongkongpost.com  or www.usps.com ( only available the countries with registered package ). So that you can get an estimated delivery date for your order. The register parcel need to sign when you received please make sure the address is correct and there will be someone available to sign for your package. Parcels won't left on the door and you must contact the local post office for re-delivery the goods or pick it up personal. You will be charge the shipping fee again when parcel returned to us reason for unclaimed or undelivered.

Shipping and Handling:  As often shipping charge include with list price. Please check item detail description on each or contact us for more information. Welcome purchase multi items for combine shipment with discount.

Delivery of your shipment :  If your package does not arrive within 10 days of your ship date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim the US Postal Service or UPS. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will file a claim with either USPS or UPS re-ship your order at no additional charge to you! ( condition must received a confirmation letter from HONG KONG POST OFFICE OR USPS , as usually takes about 3 week)

Others : Stocks are available for immediate shipping for most items as often . If an item is not available to ship, you will be notified immediately of the availability date. However the ship date may be delay by a few days due to heavy sales or out of stock . And if you are in a rush for your favorites wedding tiara or headpiece or bridal jewelry . Please contact us to inquire about immediate shipment . ( it will be another charge shipping fee, please email to us for confirm). We schedule ship dates on regular business days ( Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekend)

Packing : wedding tiara, wedding headpiece, bridal jewelries,  hair combs will be exam or check in good condition then wrap with thick bubble paper and insert in hard nice gift box to secure goods be damage when travel or long journey .

Please make your selections carefully and email us before ordering if you have any questions at all, as all sales are final. On international shipments, no refunds for shipping charges will be issued for any reason. If an item is returned at your expense we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. In the case on an exchange there will be new shipping charges when the item you are exchanging for is shipped to you. Refund will only be processed after you return the shipment at your expense. All items returned have to be returned in new condition not altered or modified in any way and with original box with package. No refunds will be issued on items that are returned damaged or soiled.
